Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

Most of our products are custom-made. Please allow 3–7 business days of processing and production time before your order ships out.

For certain highly customized items, processing time may vary and will be noted on the product page whenever possible.


2. Shipping Time and Price

Orders will be shipped via different carriers depending on your location and the fulfillment center (for example USPS, FedEx, or other logistics partners).

Average transit times:

  • United States: 3–20 business days after shipment

  • International: 3–20 business days after shipment

Shipping price examples:

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99

  • Express Shipping: $7.79

  • VIP Shipping: $12.79

Actual shipping fees and options may vary by region, product type and current carrier rates. The final shipping fee will be shown at checkout.

There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, customs clearance, etc.) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, we do not guarantee exact delivery times. Delivery issues are primarily the responsibility of the shipping company, but we will do our best to assist you.


3. Tracking Your Order

We provide tracking for most orders. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.

You will receive an email with tracking information. Depending on product types and fulfillment centers, items in the same order may be shipped separately.


4. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


5. Delays, Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, certain factors may be outside our control.

If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (for example, more than 15 days), please contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will do our best to help you follow up with the carrier.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, we recommend:

  • checking with neighbors or your building/office manager

  • confirming the delivery address is correct

  • contacting the shipping carrier directly

We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee free replacements in all lost or stolen package situations.


6. Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, your local government may charge customs duties, import taxes or other fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
